News released on Monday announced the final home for the former Monumentalis side, who left the organisation after reported meddling in the team’s affairs. They went onto play under the name of “proZac”. The team is more or less the same as when they left their first home and have now also announced their final addition to their line-up in the form of Ben “KRBY” Kirby, a player who made his mark at the most recent iSeries event as his mix team made 7/8th along the way. The new Barrage side have also made some progress by themselves along the way, as they managed to qualify for the next season of ESEA Main after going through 3rd/4th in the Intermediate League, this follows on from a 9-12th finish at i57.
The side are set to hit the ground running as they join Barrage, as they are set to be taking part in Season 22 of ESEA Main, as well as focus on qualifying for the recently announced inaugural UK Masters League, hosted by Multiplay. They have also announced that they will be attending the next Insomnia event, i58, over the weekend of 26-28th August.
When asked for a comment, Paul “b8z” Bates directed us to his statement from the Barrage website, where he stated:
