Reason Gaming and Radix once again set for ESL Premiership Finals

Last week, we revealed that Reason Gaming faced a suspension and possible ban after allegations of match fixing. As of 15th September, ESL UK have lifted the provisional suspension of Reason Gaming, allowing both them and Radix Esports to attend the LAN final.

The progress of the investigation, which was “expedited” due to the fast approaching LAN finals, discovered no malicious intent from the players of Reason Gaming. After finding preliminary evidence, ESIC felt it was “justified” to suspend Reason from the remainder of the season, and so be it the finals. Envyus Take 1st Place At Gfinity

Coming down to the last few rounds in the final map, Envyus manage to take map 5 with 16 rounds to 9 against Fnatic.

With Envyus taking the first 2 maps, Fnatic were at a pretty big disadvantage, however they managed to take 2 maps back to back before it came down to the final map, de_cache, where the teams went round for round thought the entire game. Following their performance at Dreamhack London, Envyus continued to display a incredibly large amount of individual talent throughout the entire series with a lot of highlights for the team that managed to bag them quite a few valuable rounds and the $50,000 prize at the end of it all.
