With July being a month rich in UK events both online and offline, securing a date for the County Championship to get underway has been hard. We have had to change dates twice now to stop conflicts with both ESL Premiership qualifier tournaments and EpicLAN – But now we have our dates.
The event will kick off on Monday the 27th of July at 7pm and run through till Wednesday the 29th of July with one group being played and completed each night giving us our final 12 teams who will compete in the playoffs at a later date.
All the information surrounding this tournament can be found on the County Championship page. We still have one amazing sponsor to be announced next week and once that is done the full prize pool will be revealed for the first UKCSGO County Championship.
We have also released a form for captain’s to submit their rosters so we can publish the lineup for each county. A page with all submitted rosters will be published next week giving captains a bit of time to get the information they need to fill this in. Any captain that filled in the old form will not need to fill this one in too, they are both linked to the same database. If any captain requires information to be changed, please contact one of the admins of the UKCSGO County Championship Steam Group.
