Continuing the fashion of exporting UK talent to the North American ESL Pro League, Ian “Immi” Harding has been announced as the head coach of NRG. His future was previously unknown after being removed from Endpoint earlier this month, after the squad was forced into roster changes when previous teammate Tramaine “stan1ey” Stanley was transferred to Ghost.
After well over a year at Endpoint, acting as the In-Game Leader, Immi’s achievements with the team played three seasons of MDL, won the Autumn ESL UK Premiership, placed 4th in the Gfinity Elite Series. Since then he has been seen filling in for numerous teams, including Nuclear Storm Gaming, and trialling for various teams as a coach. He joins an NRG side currently ranked as the third best team in North America by Dust2.us’ most recent Top 10. This move makes him the fourth British individual to make the move to the USA, after Rory “dephh” Jackson, Kia “Surreal” Mann and stan1ey.
