IEM Katowice highlights to be shown on Sky 2

If you have a Sky TV Package and missed Katowice this weekend, Sky Sports has your back. Showing on Sky 2 at 10PM Monday Night is a special one-off look at IEM Katowice, the show will be focusing on the Counter-Strike tournament, going through from the Quarter Finals to the Final, showing highlights of each match and talking about the teams and the tournament as a whole

After BBC showed the League of Legends World Championships on BBC Three last year, Sky have now decided to get into eSports with their own content, starting with this Katowice highlights show.

Hopefully this means more eSports content will come from broadcast companies like Sky and the BBC as eSports becomes more and more popular across the world. With the Turner ELeague around the corner, 2016 is the year of Counter Strike and I personally can’t wait to see more content like this.
