Last night we saw some very interesting results with some utter insane performances along with upsets all across the bracket. Coming into the Saturday of LAN, the upper bracket is shaping out to have some quality games with Radix, the mixed team that’s performing beyond expectations, facing off against DOG Gaming, a team with a bunch of experience this late on in tournaments with players like Ashh and Yoshi all capable tournament winners. The other upper bracket semi-final features the newly formed uFrag lineup facing off against Bulldog eSports, a team filled with up and comers within the scene featuring the likes of Nukeddog and kplus, both from the Impulse white that got a 7th-8th placement at the previous epicLAN.
Even though the standout games are in the upper bracket, we have some great games in the first round of the loser bracket with the first game being VATIC, who got single handily ripped apart by Radix’s Smooya last night, facing off against the last minute Rasta lineup featuring some noticeable players like SpeedyG, who finished 2nd with Perilous Gaming last epicLAN and JT, who was last seen in the Team Xenex that qualfied for season two of UK Masters. The last game in the bracket features two up and coming teams, Odin eSports and Dragon eSports, both teams with some experienced players that can and prove that they can get far into tournaments so we are hoping that one of these team specifically make it further than the next round of the tournament, just to prove that the UK Scene has some new blood developing.
