Endpoint have today announced that they have found their replacement for Joey “CRUC1AL” Steusel. Miłosz “mhL” Knasiak has been chosen after a lengthy trial process, in which Łukasz “mwlky” Pachucki was also considered.
The polish former MOUZ NXT star comes in to boost the Endpoint team’s firepower after mixed recent results. An impressive win over NAVI at ESL Pro League Season 16, has been followed up by mixed online results. With their failure to qualify for the Major RMR again, the victory over the CIS side does little to alleviate the pressure on the team’s shoulders.
mhL will join the team ahead of the Autumn ESL Premiership season, as has been the case for the past few seasons Endpoint wont be able to play with their full lineup as it will not meet the Nation requirements, it is unkown who will come in to the team for the tournament although perenial substitute Thomas “Thomas” Utting is still teamless. Meanwhile Kjaerbye has been on personal leave for the teams recent matches and his return date is still yet to be known.
Coach Allan “Rejin” Petersen had this to say when asked about the signing:
We got the chance to try out some different AWPers to see who fits the best. We were in a good position to make a substitute as we didn’t have any big tournament coming up. mhL was our clear choice in the end. His raw skill on the server is what we need to take the next step. We also would like to give a big shoutout to mwlky! Was a pleasure working with him!
You've seen how good he is already.
Now it's time to 𝙊𝙁𝙁𝙄𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙇𝙇𝙔 welcome our NXT star @mhLCSGO 🇵🇱#Neverstop pic.twitter.com/RNwILvcQGM
