UKCS has reached new heights and the effects have rippled throughout the scene. New faces are appearing and new organisations have begun to invest. One of those new teams to emerge is Fearless, who have signed an array of free agents to create a new contender in the UK. The team is led by Fizan “Fizzy” Anjum, the ex-Clique and FPL-C player who has been a free agent since January.
Alongside Fizzy is his former Clique teammate, Christopher “VireZ” Wegmann, who has been looking for a new team since Clique withdrew from CS:GO last month. The two Clique alumni are joined by Karrar “Karrar” Almayali and bes, two riflers often seen alongside Shuaib “Shoobie” Saddique in various mixes, and Kristian “decay” Gerov, formerly known as Expr4ind. The Bulgarian enjoyed stints with TDR and Temperate in 2022.
The final piece of the Fearless puzzle, is Benjamin “N07” Pringle, who was a part of the now doomed Davenport University project. The 20-year-old Brit living in the United States of America has decided to try his hand at coaching. It is currently unclear whether he will continue to play in NA alongside coaching Fearless.
The new team went off to a flying start beating dripmen in the ESL Premiership Spring 2023 Open Qualifiers and having a close loss to Into the Breach, 13-16. Unfortunately Fearless has not been so successful in Main, as they currently sit 1-2.
Fearless are now:
Karrar “Karrar” Almayali
Fizan “Fizzy” Anjum
Christopher “VireZ” Wegmann
Kristian “decay” Gerov
Bes
Benjamin “N07” Pringle (coach)
It's time we venture somewhere new, so we picked up these goats and start of with ESL Premiership qualifiers today!
