Impulse Gaming – Update to CS:GO Division

by xpecx

Impulse Gaming have recently announced that they have picked up two new UK sides.

The two teams boast several experienced players, including the duo Paul “b8z” Bates and Craig “CESKiE” Stewart who were last seen representing Monumentalis at insomnia57, where they placed 9th – 12th. Their first competition under the Impulse banner will be ESEA Main which begins later this week.

A statement from Paul “b8z” Bates:

After searching for the right organisation, we are all really happy and confident that we have finally joined a professional organisation such as Impulse Gaming. We feel, together we can grow to become a force within the UK scene. In 2016 we will be attending as many offline events as possible as well as, competing in ESEA Main and all other online competitions. With the support and backing of Impulse Gaming we are all looking forward to achieving our goals

Meanwhile, Impulse Black will be adding Tayler “Taylerdoodle” O’Boyle, who previously played for exceL eSports at the most recent epicLAN and was on the wrong side of the “Romanian Controversy” at insomnia58. The team aims to place in the top 4 of UK Open and make the jump up to main. They will also be attending insomnia59 later this year.

Impulse Gaming owner Lewis “xpecx” James had this to say

It’s been a long wait sorting out Impulse White, turning many teams away, we have now finalised the lineup for it, picking up an established and experienced team. With 3 teams attending the next Insomnia LAN (Impulse White, Black and Poland); we hope to make it one to remember. I wish all the teams the best of luck in the coming ESEA season!

The two new Impulse Gaming rosters are as follows;

Impulse White:

Paul “b8z” Bates
Craig “CESKiE” Stewart
Liam “WiCKED” Black
Jonny “KRUCIAL” Stanhope
Jakub “Rybak” Michalek

Impulse Black:
