Team Infused announced that they had picked up Neil_M‘s BEASTS lineup the other day. There were hopes that we would see this team compete next month at i57 but, a Tweet that Neil_M posted earlier today, makes it looks like that will not be the case and we will see a mix team instead. The mix consists of three players from the new Team Infused lineup, Som “s0m” , Josh “mole” Rowley, and Kia “Surreal” Man. Filling the last two spots will be long-term infused player Aaron “AaroN” Hemmings and James “Kryptix” Affleck.
With this lineup’s strong ties to Infused, it is unclear at the moment if they will be representing the organisation at the event, despite missing Neil “neilzinho” Finlay and Philip “whindanski” Nicholas from their full lineup, or if they will look to play under a different name/organisation for the event.
This lineup didn’t enter today’s online qualifier for i57, so either they will be funding the event themselves for a bit of fun, or be looking for some form of backing from an organisation, as the costs of iSeries are much higher than other events.
