After missing out on the former XRAVEL squad, K10 have re-entered CS:GO with the acquisition of Adam “AdamJC” Colwell’s new project ‘Project Nua’ who find themselves competing in ESEA Main.
The roster are the former core of MCON and has transitioned from a Benelux team into a UK team with their newest additions. AdamJC rebuilt the team after their 5-9 run in season 43 and will be looking to make big improvements in that record for the upcoming season. For William “Wiiam” O’Shea it is his second stint with the K10 organisation after he was with the former roster that made a 5-8th run in the UKIC Summer Invitational, the organisations only HLTV appearance to date.
A player to watch on this new lineup is Jamie “Tree” Callan who after three seasons with the Machine Soldiers lineup finds himself on a UK based team. The 18 year-old was the teams best statistical performer across the last two seasons posting 80+ ADR seasons in both their promotion season from Intermediate and their first season in Main.
UKCSGO.com reached out to K10 Owner & Director Ethan “fl0wZ” Rogerson to comment on why the organisation decided to pick up this team ahead of 2023 and what the teams plans are for the upcoming year:
Myself and taz are super excited to once again be working with AdamJC and to continue supporting grass-roots UKCS. Our goal with signing this team was to invest into a long term project, Helmed by someone who has our full trust and confidence. We will be sticking by this team through thick and thin, and help them develop their personal brands through the K10 Content plan.”
“Quite a few people will sleep on this team despite the fact it is full of talent. Wiiam and tree have shown they are very capable riflers, and i’ve watched Adams journey from Open playoffs to Top 3 at EpicLAN. All 5 players have an incredibly high celling, and we’ll be trying our best to help them reach it.
