In a recent announcement Team Penguin Overlords have returned to CS:GO.
Team Penguin Overlords History:
Originally starting off with their first CS:GO lineup at i55 working all the way to i58 the lineup shortly ended after their final LAN event. Since then TPO has been dormant within CS:GO. Introducing a fresh start and new life back into CS:GO the lineup will be Velizar ‘PIKASSO’ Donkov acting as the manager for the TPO squad.

Here’s what Craig ‘cthreestar’ Ewart had to say about the redevelopment of the lineup;
The next step is to find 2 players who will compliment the chemistry as we already have as a core 3. I’m a massive believer that, anything can be achieved with the right mindsets and dedication – which is what we’re looking for, as well as loyalty.
We will compete in the coming ESEA IM Season 24 with the zero expectations other than keeping the slot as we will be using stand-ins while we confirm our full roster. Although there’s nothing stopping us from being promoted and still fancy our chances. Then providing we have our full five the hard work begins, getting the team tactically sound and chemistry in tip top condition while trying to raise the individual ability of each player.
We’d hope to be at a good level in around 3-4 months time for the next season starting, and soon after attend our first LAN event with the new roster which will either be Insomnia or Epic. Exciting times ahead and we can’t wait to start putting the time in with many plans in place to help progress this new roster!
TPO’s Plans:
Ultimately the roster is looking for two individuals to work alongside them. The requirements are as followed;
- Need to have LAN experience
- Must be able tot attend UK LANs & Bootcamp if required
- Must be a high impact player/entry
- 2,000+ hours in CS:GO
- Must be willing to WORK as a team LONG TERM
- Will consider EU Players
