The second week of the ESL Premiership has concluded. With teams looking to get their first victory while others were hunting for win number two, competition was rife as some of the UKs top talents did battle once again.
Buzzkill would take on a winless ReflexEU in the opening game of the night. Buzzkill started strong on Overpass, scoring a 10-5 lead on the T-side of Overpass. Reflex managed to respond with a few rounds in the second half but Buzzkill managed to close out Overpass with a 16-8 scoreline, handing ReflexEU their second loss of the summer season.

After a ruling from ESL prior to week two, Team Endpoint and a new-look roster faced Fierce Esports in what was the match of the night. With both teams looking for their second win of the Summer season, it was all to play for. Thanks to an impressive AWPing display from Luzuh in the first half, Endpoint were able to hold a slender 9-6 lead on Inferno. Fierce responded accordingly, managing to mount a comeback to force overtime. After 48 rounds of Counter Strike, it was Fierce who emerged from Inferno as the victors. Despite the loss, it was certainly an impressive showing for Endpoint.

Rounding off week two saw Wind and Rain play London Esports on Dust 2. After the first half, both teams were inseparable as Wind & Rain moved into the second half with a slender 8-7 lead. London responded in the second half and began to pull away from W&R thanks to a sublime 4v2 clutch on the B site. With momentum fully in their favour, London quickly wrapped up the game 16-9, giving them their first win of the season.
