mCon sign AdamJC’s squad

The NoNames roster have found a home with the Dutch organisation.

In the last week, we have seen an organisation come into the local UK CS:GO scene with Viperio signing SOS and today another team gets picked up. Adam “AdamJC” Colwell’s team which was going by “NoNames” have been picked up mCon, a Dutch esports organisation with ties to Super Smash Bros and who, recently, parted ways with their previous Benelux CS:GO team.

The core of AdamJC, Joe “Jins” Dines, Rik “ve1nzo” Zwegers and Nino “NiNo” Roos have been playing together since the start of July 2022, after parting ways with their last fifth they made the collective decision to either be a UK/IR or Benelux Majority. In the end, their decision would be to pick up the former Endpoint Academy player, Kevin “vKempen” van Kempen, to be their new entry fragger.

For those of us in the UK scene Jins is a name that we will be familiar with, as the young IGL made ESEA Advanced with Agency Clan before joining Feenix Ryzing with talents such as Zy “yz0” Esponilla and Mohamad “Ducky” Nourelden. Another name that is well known in the UK scene is AdamJC, who on this roster will no longer be IGLing. He stated to UKCSGO

I’d be looking to show people that I can play at a high level and I felt as though I showed that last season boasting 86 ADR in my debut season with the team and without the burden of leadership.

vKempen isn’t the only Dutch player on this roster that is well-known in the UK scene as although NiNo is an established name in the Benelux scene, he played alongside Thomas and Luzuh at Dreamhack Open Rotterdam under the banner of
Asterion.  The final player on the roster is ve1nzo and although he is a relatively unknown entity, he has proven himself to be a star player on the NoNames lineup.

The lineup for mCon is currently:

Adam “AdamJC” Colwell
Joe “Jins” Dines
Rik “ve1nzo” Zwegers
Nino “NiNo” Roos
Kevin “vKempen” van Kempen
