paynt Leaves Molotovs and Marshmallows

by Archive

The Molotovs and Marshmallows team formed a few months back, seeing the remains of the former TLR side join forces with CAZ trialist Ben “b3n” Wood, as well as Roma “aqua” Parramore. The side have had mixed success online, but did manage to form a strong mix for the most recent epic LAN, where they managed to scoop a top four placing behind fish123. The core of the team have played on and off with each other for quite some time, with a number of notable changes along the way. However, the MnM side are now left with one space unfilled on their roster due to the departure of Roger “paynt” Paynter.

Roger has played with a number of the MnM players in teams previously, thus making his exit from the team a rather unexpected move. However, the reasoning for leaving the team appears to be due a lack of cohesion within the team and the absence of required player roles. The move will likely open new doors for the player, who may be seen playing with a new roster within the coming months. As for the remaining members of Molotovs and Marshmallows, they are set to attend the upcoming iSeries event as a mix, and will commence a hunt for a new in game caller once the event reaches its conclusion.

Roger “paynt” Paynter gave the following comment:

I have decided to leave MnM-gaming on mutual terms with the players. We had made the team primarily with the intention of competing in the ESL UK Premiership, and despite doing quite well so far it quickly became apparent that we were lacking a proper in-game leader. Aside from that myself and a couple players had disagreements in play-style, so it made the decision easier for me. I would like to thank the players and the MnM management.

I will most likely attend one or two of the winter LANs but since i have just accepted a new job I will have to skip the summer iSeries.

MnM are left with:

Tom “vertiGo Rockliffe
Joe “JT Talbot
Roma “Aqua Parramore
Ben “b3n Wood
