Yesterday, uFrag Gaming proudly announced its second CS:GO roster “uFrag Eclipse” in hope it achieves similar success as its main team has done in the past. After a long search, uFrag have managed to pick up the following members:
David “Hendo” Henderson
Edgaras “Cloud” Gudaitis
Matthew “Xacty” Williams
Laurynas “FiTZYr” Preidzius
Victor “Devil” Del Fresno
With a mixture of experienced CS veterans and young, aspiring players it looks like the lineup should be one to be reckoned with on paper but only time will tell. The teams first test will be the upcoming i-series event (i58) where other big names will compete in hope to win their share of the £7,500 prize pool. Along with this, “Hendo” from the lineup gave his thoughts on the move via the uFrag website:
“I would like to thank Elliot and the rest of uFrag for the chance to represent them. I’ve been around the scene for a good few years now and hopefully my team is ready for the next step. I feel we have the right mixture of new players and golden oldies!”
It’s good to see that uFrag are bolstering the UK scene with another respectable team and I’m sure it’ll be another step in the right direction. To get a more in-depth view we also managed to get in touch with “Xacty” who shared his view:
“I’d like to thank uFrag for giving us this opportunity to play under their name. We all know we have a lot of expectations and big shoes to fill and all five of us are up for the challenge. With the support we receive from the organisation, we will carry on developing as a team and we will be attending upcoming LANs to show the progress we have made.”
As mentioned, they do have a lot of expectation but I’m sure it will be met with much hard-work and dedication.
