British woman pro joins second-best Impact team

aiM joins a new force going into the ESL Impact Season four.

by GrimyRannarr

After not finding much success within ESL Impact Season three, and Copenhagen Flames closing doors, Mia “aiM Cooper was forced to try and find a new home. Luckily for her, it was right around the corner.

NIP Impact has shown in recent history that they are a team that should be revered by their peers. One of the main reasons is that they are the only team that has beaten Nigma Galaxy since the announcement of ESL Impact. They have not only beaten them in the Season three Europe stage but also in the semi-finals in the Gamers Without Boarders Women Charity event. However, coming into the off-season, NIP Impact benched  Paulie “pauliiee Barazani. Thus, starting their search for a new fifth.

Flames Shieldmaidens bring in UK help

aiM who finished 9-10th with Flames Shieldmaidens posting a 1.03 HLTV rating, the second highest rating in her squad will be the new addition to NIP Impact. With the British rifler completing the roster, NIP Impact will be looking to make it to the ESL Impact LAN in season four which they narrowly missed out on in season three. Alongside this, they will be also looking to climb FACEIT divisions currently playing in Intermediate.

aiM is currently the only women’s player from the UK in ESL Impact, and will be flying UKCS flat in upcoming women’s tournaments, inspiring more to follow in pursuit.

NIP Impact will play ESL Impact Season Four with the following lineup:

Mayline-Joy “ASTRA Champliaud
Jennica “jenkon Sjögren
Kiara “Qiyarah Janssen
Naomi “Nayomy Janssen
Mia “aiM Cooper

Anton “ToH1o Georgiev (coach)
