Today, Endpoint have announced that Head Coach Allan “Rejin” Peterson will be leaving the organisation. This news comes following the recent departure of two Endpoint players, Frederik “Fessor” Sørensen, and Miłosz “mhL” Knasiak.

In a statement on their website, Endpoint expressed their thanks: “With the current state of the Counter-Strike landscape we are evaluating all our options and it has become clear that it is best for Allan and Endpoint to part ways at this time. We would like to place on record our thanks to Allan for all his hard work with the team in circumstances that have not always been ideal.”

Endpoint was Rejin‘s first coaching job after serving an ESIC-enforced ban from competitive play, due to his use of the coach bug. His assistance in the ESIC investigation allowed his ban to be reduced by 45%, allowing him to return to a coaching role after serving a 19.8 month ban. In his time at Endpoint,  the team qualified to ESL Pro League 16 in Malta, where they had an underdog win against Natus Vincere. The team also secured their 10th ESL Premiership title in the Autumn season is 2022.

Speaking on Twitter, Rejin said: “Thanks for an amazing time! To all of endpoint one of the best organizations I have had the pleasure to work with. ”

With the departure of Rejin, Endpoint are looking for a new coach, saying in their statement: “We are currently on the search for a new coach, interested parties feel free to contact [email protected] detailing your relevant experience.” The organisation looks to be rebuilding, with their priority being to qualify for the first CS2 major next year, which will be hosted by PGL in Copenhagen, with the main event happening from March 17th – 31st.

The Endpoint roster is currently:

Max “MiGHTYMAX” Heath
Kia “Surreal” Man
Nikita “HeavyGod” Martynenko
