Monumentalis picks up new CSGO team

by AzuuraD

After their CSGO team parted ways soon after i56, Monumentalis is back with another lineup that they are hoping will cause some upsets.

Monumentalis today revealed their new CSGO lineup, 5 players looking to get some experience as a team under their belts and hopefully be a stable lineup for the organisation.

Monumentalis’ new lineup consists of:

Paul “b8z” Bates
Ben “EXACT” Dixey
Craig “CESKiE” Stewart
Josh “JDD” Denham
Philip “Philo” Chan

As you can see, the players here are relatively unknown but individually they have been putting up some results, with Philo entering the JGL Mix cup almost every week and carrying his team to victory almost every time.

The team will be participating in the ESEA Intermediate League, with hopes of getting to playoffs and getting promoted.

The Monumentalis website released a few comments from Team Leader “b8z” who had this to say:

After searching for a long time for a decent organisation, we are all really happy and confident that we have finally joined a professional organisation such as Monumentalis™. We feel, together we can grow to become a force to be reckoned with, within the UK scene. In 2016 we will be attending as many offline events as possible as well as, competing in all online competitions.
With the support and backing of Monumentalis™ we are all looking forward to achieving our goals and dreams.

The Director of Monumentalis, Aaron Hawthorne, also had some things to say:

We are extremely pleased with the new CS:GO line up! Their stand out attributes are: their attitude, their skill and their team play. The team have the same vision as us and it is great to see a team with high ambition and professionalism that will cause some upsets within the UK scene. We believe this team can bring the stability to the organisation that we are looking for.
I on behalf of Monumentalis™ would like to welcome the guys aboard and are looking forward to all the good times ahead!

Glad to see some fresh faces among the UK scene and see if they can live up to expectations come iSeries.
