EZSkins bring in HudzG

by Archive

EZSkinz have, for a number of months now, been heralded as the UK’s best shot at becoming a serious player in the international CS:GO landscape. With the current climate, the UK still fails to be taken seriously by many community members, and with the regular chopping and changing, it looks like it could stay that way.

However, EZSkins do not fall into that one-size-fits-all stereotype for the UK scene, and since their conception the team has remained unchanged. Though they have been quieter in terms of British based events, the team did manage to compete at the DreamHack event that took place in London back in September. Not only did they fly the only British flag, but they also took a shock win over the highly favoured Australian team, Renegades.

Though, as with many things, change is inevitable and a natural progression for even the best of teams. The key: making a change that is worthwhile. EZSkins have now revealed that they have parted ways with Josh “mole”  Rowley and brought George “HudzG” Hoskins out of retirement. HudzG announced his retirement from competitive gaming back in July when he started working full time for Gfinity as their player liaison. George has taken breaks from competing before but he always found his way back, and this time looks to be a successful restitution.

The newly bolstered EZSkins lineup will have their first outing today in APM Season 2 where they will face off against E-Frag at 7pm tonight.

EZSkins is now:

Sam “RattlesnK” Gawn
Brandon “weber” Weber
Luke “fearLess” Morris
Reece “Puls3” Marrs
George “hudzG” Hoskins
