by Archive

An old name in the scene made an announcement at the beginning of the month – that organisation was VATIC and with it a returned a familiar shade of purple to the world. At that point the organisation had a CSGO team on their books, featuring team founder Matt Litherland, who are set to stay together but won’t be representing VATIC in an official capacity any more.

Now VATIC have announced the new line-up to represent their organisation and keeping to the theme of picking up former Team Dignitas players they add another as they welcome the roster that went by the name of Beautiful Gamers & K1N to the organisation as their main line-up. This lines them up for having an organisation ready to represent come epic.18 in the middle of June as they want to prove themselves in their first LAN appearance after announcing their line-up, this adds to their participation in the UK ESEA Open league as well as the ESL UK Major Ladder in an attempt to qualify for the next season of the ESL UK Premiership. They’ve also announced that Gareth “gsrowwwe” Sissons-Rowe will be coaching the team.

James “PEZ” Perrot, gave VATIC this statement:

We are very excited to be joining up with VATIC just after their relaunch as an organisation. I’ve been good friends with Matt since CSS and we’ve built up a good understanding of what it is we’re both trying to achieve.

The team is now a solid five and we feel this is the next step on the ladder in regards to setting some foundations for a long road ahead in growing as a team in the UK scene, then wider.

We will be attending Epic LAN in a few weeks time as our first event together and will also be playing online in the UK Masters Qualifiers, ESEA UK Open and ESL UK Pro Series qualifiers.

This means VATIC’s new line-up shall be:

Charlie “K1NDEADLY” Weber
David “h0rsey” Warhurst
Harry “Pommey” Crawford
James “PEZ” Perrot
Jonny “RIXJ” Jones

Gareth “gsr” Sissons-Rowe (coach)
